Lil’ Yogi’s is a fun class, designed specifically for young children, ages 2-6. We learn poses to increase strength, flexibility & coordination. Classes are intended to be fun & include age appropriate games & animal sounds. Breathing techniques are taught, which help children to integrate new skills of self regulation & calmness into their lives. Class begins with 25 minutes of free play in our playroom, followed by yoga lesson. Parents are welcome to participate. Please call ahead or click the RSVP to reserve a spot!
