Lil’ Yogi’s is a fun class, designed specifically for young children, ages 2-6. We learn poses to increase strength, flexibility & coordination. Classes are intended to be fun & include age appropriate games & animal sounds. Breathing techniques are taught, which help children to integrate new skills of self regulation & calmness into their lives. Class begins with 25 minutes of free play in our playroom, followed by yoga lesson. Parents are welcome to participate. Pre registration is required.
